Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
As long as your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order for any reason for a full refund. Please send an email to radcustomsidaho@gmail.com. Include your name, product purchased, and the order number, and we'll get it cancelled for you. Once it is cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund/cancellation.
Refunds
If you have received your product and are displeased, you may return it for a full refund of the paid amount. You are responsible for shipping. Product must have not yet been installed/used in order to receive a refund. You will be credited to the original payment method when the product is returned to Rad Customs, LLC 3914B E 3200 N, Hansen, Idaho 83334. Please include name, contact information, and reason for return with the product.
